(also known as Dogs for Deaf and Disabled Americans), is a non-profit organization that was established in 1976 to provide canine assistance for people who are deaf or have a disability. NEADS receives no government funding and relies solely on the support of individuals, foundations, corporations, service organizations, bequests and workplace campaigns.
The Pan-Mass Challenge, presented by the Boston Red Sox Foundation and New Balance, is the nation's original fundraising bike-a-thon, and today this orginazation raises more money for charity than any other athletic fundraising event in the country. 100% of our nail trim proceeds will be donated to support this great cause. (Donations also exceptable.)
Vested Interest in K9s, Inc., is a nonprofit orginazation that provides bullet proof vests for the working law enforcment k9's. Most law enforcment agencies do not budget to provide these vests for their k9's. Based in Massachusetts, This is a great cause, and with each vest costing more then $1,000. each donation is worth giving.
